Mentorship

It’s Time to Grow Into Your Next Level

This mentorship space is for emerging social workers who want clarity, confidence, direction, and real support as they step into the field with intention and honest conversations.

Grow with support, not pressure.

If you’re stepping into the field and craving clarity, confidence, and real support, this space was created for you.
Mentorship with me gives you a place to ask questions, process your experiences, talk through challenges, and grow into the social worker you want to be, without judgment or pressure.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. You deserve guidance from someone who understands the work, the expectations, and the emotional load that comes with it.

  • This mentorship is designed for:

    • BSW & MSW students

    • New graduates entering the field

    • LMSWs preparing for the LCSW journey

    • Early-career social workers needing support, structure, or direction

    • Anyone who wants honest guidance, accountability, and a safe space to learn the real-life side of the work

  • My mentorship focuses on real support paired with real strategy. You’ll get:

    • 1:1 monthly mentorship sessions (virtual)

    • Guidance with school, field placement, or early-career challenges

    • Clinical insight + soft skills (documentation, boundaries, treatment planning, communication)

    • Professional identity support (confidence, values, voice)

    • Accountability + goal-setting to help you stay on track

    • A safe space for questions, processing, and figuring things out

    • Access to tools & resources I use in practice

Everything is grounded in intention, honesty, and helping you become the social worker you’re meant to be.

  • I’m an LCSW, school social worker, therapist, and coach who has worked across schools, community programs, clinical settings, and private practice. I understand what it feels like to juggle coursework, field placement, supervision, and real-life responsibilities, because I’ve lived it.

I’ve supported students, new clinicians, and early-career social workers in building confidence, finding their voice, strengthening clinical skills, and stepping into the field with intention. I bring both professional knowledge and real, lived experience to help you grow in a way that feels grounded, honest, and doable.

  • I want mentorship to feel supportive and accessible, without sacrificing value.

    Monthly Mentorship: $65/month

Includes one 45-minute session + ongoing support between sessions (DM/email check-ins).

    Single Session: $40

A one-time 30-minute session for immediate support or specific questions.
