FAQs
-
It depends on what kind of support you're looking for and where you are in your journey.
If you're navigating anxiety, trauma, or mental health challenges and you're in Georgia, therapy may be the best fit.
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or craving a plan to move forward in life, coaching might be for you.
And if you're a social worker or aspiring clinician who wants real-world insight or strategy, mentorship is a great place to start.
Still not sure? That’s okay, our consultation can help you decide. -
In most cases, I keep therapy and coaching separate to maintain clear boundaries and support licensing guidelines.
If you're a Georgia resident and need therapy, we’ll keep that space focused on clinical care.
If you're interested in coaching or mentorship on top of that, we’ll talk about how to layer those supports without crossing lines. It’s all about creating a space that’s ethical, effective, and tailored to you. -
Therapy focuses on emotional healing, past experiences, and clinical symptoms, like anxiety, depression, or trauma. It’s a safe space to unpack what’s been weighing on you and build strategies for emotional health.
Coaching, on the other hand, is more about the “what’s next?” It’s focused on goal-setting, accountability, life transitions, and action steps.
I bring strategy, clarity, and support to both, but the structure, purpose, and boundaries are different. -
Our clarity call is a 15 minute call where we explore what you’re looking for, answer your questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
There’s no pressure to commit. It’s simply a space to connect, hear a bit about your goals, and help you choose the best support for where you are right now.
Bring your questions, this time is for you. -
Not at this time. I only accept self-pay clients.
